Upon taking this out of the package, I was a bit confused and thought the handle was defective. It's on backwards to conserve space while shipping. Getting it off and turned around wasn't too hard,and cleaning the blades is super easy! They just pop right out and pop back in. I've used the medium and small blades so far and they work great! I made zucchini noodles, and carrot noodles for a salad, and honestly it was MUCH easier than I expected. The amount of pressure you need to apply is minimal, and the suction works fantastically! I have marble counter tops, so maybe that makes a difference (some folks said the suction didn't work); make sure the surface you have it on is completely clean, no little crumbs or anything. When picking up zucchini/carrots to make noodles, make sure they're at least mostly straight and know that you'll most likely need to cut them in half. The only sad part is that you lose about 1/8th of an inch of veggie when making the noodles. I'm not sure how this would be fixed in any other models though; I'm pretty sure any noodle-maker product like this will have this issue. Overall, fantastic product, super sturdy, easy to clean, easy to use and best of all, FUN to use! Very happy I got this and I'm looking forward to noodling my other veggies!

I use this everyday to make zucchini noodles and other vegetables in my restaurant. Perfect size for use and to storage. Easy to use and clean. Good quality. Nice price.

Tried it out yesterday and it works great! A big improvement from the little hand held spiralizer we were using. I'm sure it will get a lot of use in our kitchen.

This is a great spiralizer. I have only used it on zucchini to make noodles. I've tried the three blades that come with it, and for a pasta marinara with onion, bell pepper and shrimp, we recommend the blade with the thinnest setting. W We love pasta, and we are trying to eat a little healthier. So we make zucchini noodles 2 or 3 times a weeks with different sauces, and have, if we are in the mood, regular home-made pasta on Sundays. It's a workable compromise. This product makes the process of spiralizing zucchini very easy and convenient. The suction mechanism to keep the unit fixed in place on your counter is infinitely better than the suction cups that came with my previous plastic spiralizer. I no longer need to hold the unit with one hand while I spiralize, instead, as I turn the handle with my right hand, I use my left hand to guide the noodles onto the plate. It is very easy to clean and small enough to store on a shelf in one of our cabinets. This sparalizer is replacing a pricier unit made of plastic whose handle broke off after a couple of months of use. We sure hope this metal unit will last for a few years. We are very happy with our purchase.

Pros: Very easy to use. Sturdy construction for the most part (see cons below). Blades are easy change out and clean. Overall does what its supposed to with ease.. Cons: This is not as big as it looks in the pics. It can only handle half a zucchini at time creating a lot of wasted produce. For every whole zucchini a quarter it will not be spiraled. Second use the handle grip came off and will have to figure a way to put it back on that holds it in place. That is really the only negatives I have. Overall decent product for the price.

This is a great kitchen gadget that does exactly what it was designed to do. It is not large so it does not take up a lot of cabinet space. It is simple to use and to clean. I was cutting zucchini and squash into ribbons by hand and this makes it so much easier. Great product for the price.

I love the ease of the product. I is hard to contain the spiralized veggies. I think the best idea may be to put the spiralizer in a tray larger than it is. The spirals to to the sides as well as forward, so a lot lands on the surrounding table. I have been playing with it since I got it. I used one of the attachments with a cucumber and it gave me something like cucumber slaw. I spiralized an onion to put in with it and added some italian dressing and it was Awesome...If you are working on a clean surface, it won't hurt that the product shoots out to the side, but I suspect I will figure out a better method. Certainly not the end of the world. The suction cup has already stopped working.

Great for doing vegetables and making salads. The suction cup holds fast and the blades make short work of anything you put in. Some things like carrots and cucumbers which can be long, need to be cut to fit. Great quality spiralizer!

Für die schnelle Gemüseküche gut geeignet. Die 'Nudeln' sind schnell geschnitten und dann auch fast ebenso schnell blanchiert oder im Wok gegahrt. Abspühlen unter fliessendem Wasser reicht und das Gerät ist wieder sauber.
