Shocked is an understatement! I have read and seen many reviews on this product and wow. I have both a dog and a cat, and my cat had a period of time where she was incredibly stressed with the arrival of a new puppy. This product works GREAT. It got rid of any smell of animals or/and urine from potty training. A little goes a LONG way, so it’s really worth the price. Crazy affordable. I have the Fresh scent, and it smells AMAZING. I’m really sensitive to smells, and even with the carpet soaked with this stuff, my airdoctor shows clean quality air, which is insane. Fresh, clean, best product out there. Wish I had it sooner!

Love this stuff, works well will getting rid of that litter box smell and works great as an air freshener. Pretty good price for the amount of spray bottles I get out of it and the scent isn’t overbearing and it keeps fabrics smelling nice for several days

Works and smells great so far when use as directed. It does not completely get rid of cat urine smell and smell does come back after a few days no matte how I use product and temperature does effect it. On hot days, the urine smell comes back stronger than not hot days. I like the fresh scent smell of product and how it's not chemically smelling like other products. It is expensive for product, just wish it works better for getting rid of cat urine smell but for now it will have to do until I find something that works better. FYI: I've tried just about every thing and product out there and nothing has worked for cat urine smell and odor.. sighhh

My husband and I just bought a fixer upper and.... well, the lady that lived there before had 10 cats and let them do their business everywhere. So you can imagine the intensity of the odor. We could smell the odor from OUTSIDE the house. I know that cats are actually clean animals and prefer clean litterboxes to go potty in, so I know that these poor animals did this because they had no other choice. I can almost bet that their litterboxes were never cleaned. I honestly feel bad for them. It's clear that the previous owner either had mental or physical problems, or had absolutely no pride in their home or pets because there's a lot we need to do. A sad situation all around. Anyway, our first order of business was to get rid of the odor so we can do other work in the house without smelling like cat pee every time we leave. I sprayed everything with this stuff and noticed a difference immediately. I used a garden sprayer (the kind that you use to spray pesticides and such) and soaked all the subfloors with the concentrate. 1 gallon takes 4 ounces of the concentrate. I used 2 gallons full for the first sweep (this place is 1120 square feet). Now, we can still smell some urine, but I believe it's coming from the materials we've pulled out of the place, sitting in garbage bags on the porch for now until we can get them to the dumpster. After all the material that we need to pull out comes out of the home, I'll go through with another round of this odor remover. And finally Kilz Restoration everything so we don't get anything sneaking back. Yes, the odor is that bad. I'm totally amazed with how well this stuff works and I highly recommend it! It has a light fresh smell that isn't overpowering and certainly smells better than urine.

OK at first I was a little bit skeptical but this stuff works amazing! Feels totally clean after using and takes away all of the smell! I use it in the backyard in a sprayer that attaches to my hose, as well as in my mop bucket inside my house!

It took care of the urine smell but left a slightly chemically odor rather I had to shampoo out of my carpet.

In comparison with the other urine eliminator brands, I like this best because of its scent. It eliminates the urine odor and gives a fresh scent in the area. However, it did not stop my cat from spraying around the house so I am not sure if any of this product work for my cat.

We have a cat that the kids love but I want to boot because it pees territorially because of its sister and its ruined so much of our stuff. I nearly drenched the house with this stuff after wandering around at night with a UV light and though our house smelled like a vet clinic for 3 days. The smell went away and suddenly that lingering pee smell was gone. We did a big clean and wipe and carpet clean and we have noticed way less with the UV light now! I highly reccomend! The smell is almost sweet from this product.

Works exceptionally well I tried it on several surfaces that are usually hard to keep fresh (stroller, litter mat, yoga mat, floors) and it removed the odor completely every time. What I really love is that it doesn't just mask the smell, it actually eliminates it. Product is easy to use, leaves no residue, truly effective. Absolutely worth it.
