Works great. The oven was not cooking correctly so with this we confirmed it was getting 50 degrees hotter than the setting and had a bigger temperature swing while cooking. Confirms we need a new oven!

The item appears to function as designed, it definitely helped me notice a discrepancy in my oven temperature. My only issue is that the base is approximately 1 3/4 inches wide. And so is the space between my rack grates. Even the slightest rattle causes to the thermometer to fall over.

Straightforward design. Easy to read, and seems accurate enough when compared with a known accurate thermometer. It is within a degree at -5.

Works well and easy to read. Clips right onto the shelf in the oven. The temperature is accurate and easy to store.

Our Kitchenaid oven temperature seemed to be lower than the temperature setting. We bought this to determine the actual temperature. With the oven set to 350 F this thermometer showed 300 F. Turns out the oven has a calibration setting to correct the actual temperature. Not sure the Rubbermaid thermometer is correct, but when it says 350 F things cook as expected. It is easy to hang from the rack and seems to work well.

This does a fine job but the base is so narrow it constantly falls down from the oven rack to the oven floor.

I have used this 5-6 times in the oven so far. Works perfectly well. The dial is clear to read through the oven glass, hangs unobtrusively and seems to be of sturdy construction. Helped me understand how long it takes my oven to reach a particular temperature as well as the unequal distribution of heat in the oven (after 2-3 attempts)

I have used this thermometer for more than a year now. Ànd very often too. It has never failed me

Bought this item because my new cooker has a temperature dial which is not very accurate. 1 smidgy turn could add on 10°. Lags behind the cooker getting up to temperature but give it a few minutes it gets there.
