This is a daily staple in our house. It goes very well on cereal, in fact it's pleasant malty type taste improves many cereals.I sneak it into things like milk shakes and rice crispie buns for my youngest.This is my number one skin hero, I'm 44 and struggled with acne for 30 years, adding 40-50g to cereal daily really helped, and it makes skin so smooth.

Love the product first and foremost because it is organic, healthy and vegan..Very fresh and packaged well. Good to be able to purchase in this large size.Very versatile.Have used other Linwoods products and have been happy with them all. Am currently also using the hemp, flax and chia mix.

Its in a sealed bag you can store in fridge or freezer, but if not only lasts 45 days once opened..Tastes great in my porridge with seeds.. will buy again..lot of goodness in it.
