Is this a Barbie horse?

Barbies can easily be played with the size of this horse, it is a little smaller then the Barbie horses but comes with many more accessories and the legs move which will make it more fun to play with dolls also

Can a Breyer doll fit this horse ?

It can absolutely fit on but I am unsure how well it will stay since they’re two different products. I will continue to research and hopefully provide a better answer shortly.
