I recently went out of town and realized my morning coffee tastes much better at home. Everything else has gone up in price but these filters have not since I started purchasing them. This year I had a delivery problem and found out how great their customer service is. The company was very quick to respond and fix the problem. I highly recommend them and will keep coming back!
Review: Great value - Seems to work absolutely as well as the Berkey, is smaller which is nice, and they gave instructions on how to lengthen the life of the filter! Berkey did not do that. Would have been nice to know before I threw out filters.

Seems to work absolutely as well as the Berkey, is smaller which is nice, and they gave instructions on how to lengthen the life of the filter! Berkey did not do that. Would have been nice to know before I threw out filters.

When it arrived I almost sent it back because it looked nothing like Berkey. But I gave it a shot and tested with red food dye. To my surprise it has passed the test! So I'll keep using it and update my review at the end of its service. If lasts longer than 6 months, I'll be praising it to everyone:) Update October 1 2019 loses 1 star Unfortunately just like all the other similar type filters they don't live up to their "2000 gallon" claims. We filter around 75 gallons a month of a very clean water and I'm forced to reorder in less than 3 months. You also need 2 filters going for 2 people to have around 4 gallons that we consume per day. Around 2nd month the cleaning and scrubbing becomes daily as the flow reduces drastically. However, there are currently no cheaper or better alternatives... this filer does clean the water very well, therefore we'll continue to support this brand and hope they overcome the shortcomings.
