Holy moley, this mustard bath is great! My sinuses cleared for an hour or two, the sinus headache left completely, the aches and pains I thought were just part of getting older seeped out into the bathwater. This is a household favorite! It is a winter essential. It has a very strong soothing aroma, a mixture of menthol, minty, and herbal mustard that is soothing and comforting. I received this as a gift a few years back and now I use it regularly. I love the smell (it does not smell like mustard lol), it is like a eucalyptus and strong mint smell. Hot baths are my therapy for my lower back and this is part of my routine.
