This is the thinner to use specifically with Vallejo acrylic paints, both as a thinner for airbrush usually 25-50% mix for a smooth spray quality. Or it can be used to thin down colors for effect, such as a light wash, the correct thinner will not effect the adhesion or degrade the paint. Vallejo use a water based formula which has no chemical smell. The thinner may be used with similar formula paints but test for compatibility before using it on your project. This is a high quality product and represents good value for money.
