I have used various kinds of training bags to improve my punches in the past and I decided to try this interesting piece (Difficulty levels boxing reflex ball set, 4 difficulty level training balls on string, punching fight react head ball with headband, speed hand eye reaction and coordination) of equipment which I purchased on Amazon for a fair price. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed when attempting to use this piece of equipment. The rubber bands attached to the balls did not work as well as I was expecting and did not return the struck balls in a coordinated manner. I did find the balls to be a very challenging exercise and in spite of my boxing training experience I had trouble keeping a good rhythm going when striking the ball. I think I will enjoy this exercise unit more when I become more coordinated striking the balls.
