The clips now come with a handy little pole swapper for all those who just can't handle positives and negatives not matching reds and blacks. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the product. The pictures clearly show the red wire terminating to the exposed pin in the connector, which is exactly what I needed it for, but may not be what others need it to do, hence the handy converting gizmo. Voila, millions of heads prevented from immenent explosion. Thank you seller for your creative solution to so many ill informed under educated negative reviews, and i apologize on behalf of my colleagues. Thank you for a wonderful product! I'm able to force charge 12v batteries and field test 12v components with these clips directly from my tow harness. Works like a charm!

The connections with this product worked perfectly with my Battery Tender charger. A adapter is included if you need to reverse the positive and negative leads that go on the battery, which I needed to do. Quality of all components was excellent.

Clamps are wimpy but so are the original ones that came with my Battery Tender (brand) one. Since there is not a lot of mechanical stress it shouldn't matter much though. The reason I am giving only 4 stars is because of the reversed polarity and the fact that there is ZERO mention of this anywhere other than in Amazon listing itself. It does not come with a manual nor is this printed on the packaging. Heck, they actually included an adapter that reverses plus and minus to make it right, so why not include a little note that states this?

First, let me say it was my fault for not paying attention to the gauge wire is being used in this set of jumper cables. The 14 gauge wire is useless and if you were trying to charge your battery or jump your battery with these wires, it would take an awfully long time. Do yourself a favor and get jumper cables that are at least 12 gauge or better aslo keep in mind an air cooled motorcycle can’t run very long so you will need cables that can handle the load as far as the company they did send me what I asked for.

At first I thought these cables did not work, then I realized they wires are the wrong way around. Once I switched the clamps to around, they worked. Fortunately this did not cause any damage to my application, but it could have, so beware. So I have to add a label to each clamp to remind myself the wires are transposed, red should be black and vice versa!!! Bit of a pain, but we can work around it......

I am Very impressed with the build quality of this item. The package included an adapter so that you could reverse the polarity so this will work with many brands of charger. This replaced the damaged alligator connectors on my Battery tender 3 amp charger perfectly and I would consider this an upgrade.

Good for my Touring Harley, they included the adapter for battery + to - as not many know there are many Tender Units are reversed and you blow the fuse. These guys know their stuff.

The handles are cheaply attached and unless you are VERY careful with them, will pop out at the first opportunity. Now, they do the job as far as recharging goes, but don't expect them to last forever.
