Great for gluten-free diets!
I am always looking for alternatives to gluten. I made meatloaf with this instead of breadcrumbs and it gave it a Nutty delicious flavor! You do have to use a little bit more liquid when replacing oat bran with bread crumbs. It's a great gluten-free alternative

It’s everything I was looking for, and more!
I’ve eaten steel cut oats meal every morning for years but it recently occurred to me that I could eat oat bran instead for the digestive benefits. I was pleased to find oat bran is much creamier than oatmeal— almost like the farina of my childhood. And this brand Is delicious! I’m a convert!!
