Organic Olive Oil Roasted Seaweed Nori Sheets, Original, 2.16 Ounce (20 Large Sheets)

I love these; were an almost daily staple for me. Why are they disappearing from store shelves and hard to find or overly priced here on Amazon? Is the company still in business? (I know better than to as "Rufus," the AI handling questions. That function is useless, just regurgitating what the company says, which can be minimal or misleading. I want real answers from real people.)

I am obsessed with these. I eat them like crazy! Delicious and I could eat them all day. (and I do). Yes, they are oily and fishy and crumbly. Woopdeedoo. Eat them at the table over a plate and then use the dustbuster. If you don't like the crumbly, cut the bag open and let it get air overnight and then it will be stale and won't crumble, but still tastes yummy. It's so nice to get seaweed snacks with a healthy oil. Love them!

The first time I tried seaweed it tasted disgusting but I'd heard it was good for you so I kept trying. And then I picked up a sample from my local Natural Grocers and I've been hooked every since. Now I'm on auto ship for this Family pack every month (20 sheets each). And these are the larger full sheets (7.5" x 8"); not the snack packs. My favorite way of eating these sheets are just as a snack to help with my digestion and one just fills me up. I also really enjoy using the sheets to wrap around my curry chicken and walnut salad with a bit of my homemade sugar free cranberry sauce. Just love these SeaSnax.

I loved the light spice this flavor has, just enough to enhance the seaweed but not overwhelm it. Nice texture. I am HOOKED on seaweed, so like to try different ones. The trick is to not bite it but fold up a portion to let melt in your mouth. HMMMMMMMMMMM. However, I did have a strange experience regarding shipping, so I write this to warn you to be aware of the expiration date. I ordered two packs through subscribe and save at teh same time. One came all by itself in a shipping mailer, flat and perfect. However, the other arrived all curled around other items in a box of my subscribe and save order. The package was crumpled and I can hear loose bits rattling inside. Not only that, but it is five months out of date, whereas my other pack does not expire until well into next year.

These are not for someone who dislikes seaweed, as the flavor of seaweed is distinct, but the spicing on them is very nice for snacking -- not too salty or spicy, but with the salt and spice definitely present -- and they have a nice mouth feel without being packed with calories. I will happily snack on plain nori but my spouse prefers the flavor of these. Fusion foods often come off as kind of odd but I like the combination of olive oil and chipotle with nori a lot. I do think they are really expensive for what you get, though, but we're going to keep getting them for my spouse while I switch to plain nori for my own snacking treats.

Bleck!! I wanted to like this snack so much. It’s generally healthy and a great low carb option, and I was anxious to try it. But one bite and ugh - I had to spit it right back out! It was SO fishy tasting. It tasted like it came straight from the bottom of a pond. Yuck!

The SeaSnax are very tasty as a snack right from the bag or crumbled up in salad or soup. It's especially important there is no sugar and they don't taste too salty. I enjoy them. Sometimes I say I will eat only one sheet or a half, then end up eating all of the 4 or 5 in the bag.
