So since my first purchase, I've been going for this same product available in granule form, either in a jar or in small sachets, which are also available online. I didn't receive the original shipment, assumably because of covid restrictions on mail. Samurai Japan were really helpful in sending me a second one and had a great response time.

Cubes hard to crumble
The taste of these is great, and I'm definitely a fan. But the cubes are rock hard, making them difficult to crumble, if you only need half a cube. So since my first purchase, I've been going for this same product available in granule form, either in a jar or in small sachets, which are also available online.

It's my favorite consommé-flavored stir-fry that can be used in soup or anything, making it convenient, but it's easier to use if there are granules.
