I used two of these strips with a Pixelblaze controller (really cool -- look it up on the web) and a couple of 5v/30amp power supplies to light a 30 foot beam in my home. Connectors and wiring are easy to use. Colors are bright and clear, the natural white is pleasant, adhesive on the strips is about as good as adhesive on LED strips ever gets... I'd definitely buy more of these in the future.

I put the LED light strip underneath my kitchen cabinets, as well as the base of my bathroom mirror . The lights were easy to install. No instructions. But YouTube videos helped me out for what I needed to do. It looks very professional. These LED lights can really improve the chances for a house that is up for sale.

Excellent product

So I purchased this light strip because my son wanted LEDs in his room, I ended up running 2/3 of the strip along the ceiling and cut it there. They work great.I don't know if this was intended but they appear to have over-voltage protection built in. I mistakenly thought this was a 12v LED strip and connected it to a 12v power supply (though it was going through a QuinLED Quad, so this may have had something to do with it).Shortly after connecting it, I attempted to connect to the QuinLED controller and it wouldn't connect. Then I noticed the strip was getting very warm. I thought to myself "Oh crap, I burned up all of the LEDs putting 12v to them". Not the case. Once I lowered the voltage to 5v, I was able to light the LEDs. They are still going strong after 30 minutes of continuous usage.Do I think this is a "good value" for the money? I can't say yes or no. If I find a cheaper individually controllable LED strip, I will try it. I don't like that this strip is $55, it doesn't feel like a $55 led strip.
