Best for breakfast and eating it raw. Best in class taste given the nutrient content is also very good Tried the crunchy one Added sugar is there but its still lower if you eat in small servings Even small servings are enough to make you feel complete

Good product
We like this product in our family, value for money, good product and great packaging. The zip lock bag can be used to take out as much u need and the rest goes back, preferably in the fridge to keep it crunchy.
