Die Schweißnähte gelingen nach kurzer Übungsphase immer besser. Es lassen sich auch dünne Bleche schweißen und natürlich auch Anbaugeräte vom Traktor, die sehr gut halten müssen. Nicht den billigsten Fülldraht verwenden! Durch die separate Einstellung von Drahtvorschub und Stromstärke macht das Schweißen Spaß. Das Gerät steigt nicht, wie ein einfaches Transformatorschweißgerät, wegen Überhitzung aus. Die Schweißnähte sind beim Fülldrahtmodus etwas unsauber, da das Gas erst aus dem Draht muss. Wem das stört, muss sich einen Mig/Mag Schlauch und eine Argongasflasche mit Druckminderer zulegen.
