Don't expect it to work miracles and you'll be pleased with the results. This was recommended to use on a pair of sunglasses which is maybe not what others are here to purchase it for lol, but I hope this helps someone out there! I got this pair of Tom Ford sunglasses for $24 knowing they needed repairs. When they arrived I saw they were in pretty bad shape with all of the scratches and fading on the frames, much worse than I had anticipated. I wish I had taken an actual before photo. The first photo in my pics is actually a little after I had already started using this product. There were so many scratches on the frames, including a major one down the bridge that you can see in the photos. So that was my frame of reference for how well this product was working. I probably spent about 8-10 minutes rubbing this in gently with a chamois cloth. You can see it removed some of the micro scratches and smoothed the surface pretty well. It didn't completely get rid of the major scratch but it is a lot less noticeable. Maybe if I had kept going it would have reduced it a little more but I didn't care that much to keep going. I cleaned the frames after application and then applied a couple drops of baby oil which also helped reduce the appearance of the remaining scratches and restored the gloss. You can also use mineral oil. These look pretty good again for $24!
