The arms are adjustable with a button on the side of the arm from 8.5" from the seat to about 11" approx

How is the little pillow for the neck, is it secure, how is it fitted?

Just has a strap that goes around

There is a rug on the picture of the chair. Is it included in the package?

No rug. It's all padded leather. Very comfortable however during the hot months I would recommend a lattice sponge cushion of some sorts
