Very smooth sleeves that hold up over time. Sleeves shuffle well. Preferred over Dragonshield as cards aren't visible through the sleeves. More expensive, but high quality. Consistent in color and fit well.

When I first started collecting cards, I searched up what the community is saying about good card sleeves. Most of the other brands are your typical flimsy plastic sleeves. Then Ultimate Guard Katana sleeves came up, and the sleeves look like much better. And now I am amazed on great these card sleeves are. Not sure if the word crisp accurately describes them, but that's what I think. The fit is almost perfect for standard cards. I started collecting football, Pokemon, Dragon Ball, Gundam, Disney Lorcana, and Union Arena cards. And they all fit into these sleeves almost perfectly. I chose the all clear variant, and clarity is good enough to the naked eye. Amazing card sleeves, and this will be the only sleeves I buy.

Excellent sleeves. Good protection for cards, very sleek, smooth. I like both these and the cortex sleeves they make. The katanas just feel more premium and slide with no resistance compared to the cortex that have more of a matte finish which has better grip.

Katanas are the best sleeves I've ever used. Shuffle feel is fantastic, and no warped openings on my sleeves even after heavy use. Will note that shuffling a large deck, the bottom corners do have a tendency to dog-ear very easily, so keep that in mind before purchasing

I like these sleeves, they are nice and easy to shuffle, never had one tear. BUT, I have noticed that dragon shields are just all around more cost effective for serious deck building. Though they do tear occasionally, the cost of sleeving up is better. Katana is a premium sleeve, but for my uses not worth the premium price.
