Can i order this as a gift and it will be received by fully the reipient wrapped with a bow on top?

Hi there, Yes! You can order this as a gift, sure :)! The packaging that it comes with is in the last photo that I included in the listing: It comes wrapped in a silver saver bag, secured in a plastic bag. Then it's put inside the box with the card insert. It also comes with a yellow polishing cloth, a pretty gift bag complete with tissue paper to match! Can you shower with it on and it not turn green?

Hi there! Hope you and your family are doing well during this hard times. Thanks for your question. Yes, you can get it wet :)! If you get it splashed, no worries! We just don't really recommend showering with it or going swimming with it because water that's hard, chlorinated, etc can leave a residue on the necklace and it would need to be polished up with the polishing pad we send with all of our jewelry. But you can get it wet, it just doesn't look it's best with that residue on it. And then just tip if you are vacationing or anything like that: Please avoid pools and jacuzzis and anything with sulfur like hot springs while wearing the jewelry. Just follow the care tips and storage instructions and you should be fine :)! <3 Efy

My mother tripped and fell at work, do you fix it if I send it back to be fixed or does it cost? I know it said the first 5 years of any issues.

They replaced my broken necklace with a brand new one at no cost.

Would this fit a three year old?

Beautiful sterling silver necklace at an amazing price!

I don't typically buy jewelry online, but something about the Efy Tal Jewelry site made me want to give it a try. And am I glad I did! I bought two of these necklaces; one for my mom and one for my daughter (who will become a mom herself for the first time in June!)My mom actually cried when she opened hers…just reading the little endearing note “I’ll always have you and you will always have me! " She absolutely adored the necklace and the packaging, the little gift bag and card inside including tissue along with a fabric jewelry cleaner….it was quite a presentation! My daughter also loved hers and got teary-eyed when she opened it and read the inscription inside. The necklaces I purchased are great quality and beautiful!They included little gift bags, tissue paper, a card and an envelope, all were so cute and helped me give this gift on the spot!I wrote my mom a note on the card and was so excited about giving her the gift I gave it to her early, and yes..she cried! It’s not often you run across gifts like these!!! Great customer service!

I have ordered four of these and one broke at the circle. It had been a few months since the purchase. With a few photos and a brief email, a new, stronger necklace was made and sent within 48 hours of my initial email, along with a nice hand written note on corporate stationery stating how they valued my patronage.
