No dice and goti received
No dice and goti in the packet, how are we suppose to play, send the missing items or return the money

The snakes and ladder part is on a removable paper which wasn’t stuck properly, rendering it useless. The snakes and ladder sheet also was not the standard version with very few ladders and snakes. The lido men were not well moulded and some didn’t stand properly on the board.
