These replacement earpads were a perfect fit for my Beats Solo 2 and made them look like new again. The installation was straightforward, and once on, they felt secure and comfortable. I’m not handy at all but even I was able to install these within 5 min. It comes with picture instructions and the tool to remove your old ear pads. But you should have your own alcohol cleaning prep pads.

Recently my 2016 beats solo3 headphones' pads were simply disintegrating (no surprise after 10 years) and rather than buying new ones i came across these replacement pads. They were a perfect fit and the headphones look almost new again. They have extra padding and are far more comfortable than the originals. Super easy install as well, the pads are easily distinguishable between which one goes on which side, i.e. charging port side pad has a dent at the bottom to ensure a seamless fit. Perfect replacement for my Beats Solo earpads! The original white earpad cushions that came with my Beats Solo had started to quite literally fall to pieces. After I used them, I would have a little bits of white foam on my ears and my neck from them falling apart while I was wearing them. I was thrilled to find these replacement earpads in black. The original white ones showed stains pretty badly. These replacements are great! Even nicer than the ones the Beats originally came from in my opinion. I would recommend using a putty knife (instead of using the small plastic tool they provide) to remove the old earpads, so you don’t break a fingernail like I did. But other than that, the earpads are very well made, soft and comfortable. Highly recommend!
