It's a great oil, very relaxing thanks to the ashwagandha but I add some drops of lavender oil to help with the smell. My doctor said that doing abjunga massage helps with menopause because your skin can make hormones when it receives oil.

I have lymphedema and do self massage everyday, sometimes twice a day. This is a wonderful carrier oil with its own special healing properties. It seem to be helping with the arthritis in my shoulder as well. I haven’t had any skin issues since I started using this and lymphedema comes with an array of those. Have ordered it twice now and I will order it again.

I was hesitant to purchase this massage oil because people were talking about the smell. Well it does have an aroma. The aroma is aswahganda. Imagine that.

Got this for my wife, she loves how it makes her skin feel, but now she smells like deep fried fritos. If the smell was better, we'd give it a 10/10. She added a few drops of eucalyptus but it doesn't seem to help it at all.

Banyan Products are the highest quality and Ashwagandha/Bala oil is a staple for my massages. It is relaxing for my nerves and nutritive/strengthening for my muscles.
