We assembled it together and it took over fours hours! (He's an engineer) The instructions were poorly written. Some of the parts (the Firebox Door Handle) was corroded/rusted. Both temp gages had cracked glass. The Gas grill grates were bent. Tried using the smoker section. Followed instructions in the instruction manual exactly. It didn't work at all. I think it's because there are too many air leaks . Put in a request for service on line. No email yet (after 4 days). Presently on hold after calling the number posted on line, still on hold after 48 minutes. (been counting) The site does not list the Model Number of this grill. There is no registration of the product on line for warranty purposes. The gas grill and charcoal sections work OK, but the smoker does not work. I am pretty sure there isn't any warranty coverage for any part on this grill, if my experience on the phone is any indication. Can't give less than one star rating, but this is a negative 5, particularly for customer service. Again, do not buy this grill!
