It is exactly what it says it is.... And it works. Don't but they ultra-cheap ones; these will last much longer, calibrate better, and return more for your money. Buy this. It works most brands of controllers/monitors....

Comes as described, lacks instructions though. Perfect for use with your Neptune APEX controller. I need 6 more words to finish this review.
