I did not really like cashews until I tasted those. I bought them for a recipe but cannot help eating them straight from the pack. They are of great quality and extremely tasty. For the recipe I toasted some of those cashews with dried red chillis and grinded them to a paste and them added some water to have a sauce. Apart I fried onions, added fresh grated ginger and fresh grated garlic according to our taste and fried a bit more. Then I added turmeric and a little bit of chilli powder and tiny bit of coriander, fried a bit then added cubes of chicken breasts. Then added tomato puree and fried it a bit. Then added the cashews and dried chillies, fried it a bit then added water to create a sauce/gray and fried at low heat. Very happy with the cashews I bought. Eating some now…I ordered another pack.

Very good tasted cashew nuts. They were mainly whole, just a few broken ones and very fresh. I baked some in the air fryer and sprinkled a bit of salt on them. The texture remained creamy. I will be purchasing these again at some point.
