This colour toner contains no ammonia or peroxide and protects and conditions hair during the colouring process. Works exceptionally well on pre-lightened and blonde hair, with professional results. Works best when used with Jerome Russell Bblonde Blonding Kits, Highlighting Kits, Powder Bleach and Cream Peroxide. Directions 1. Wash hair with shampoo then towel dry, 2. Massage toner evenly through hair, 3. Apply heat with a hair dryer for 5 mins, 4. Develop for max 30 mins - rinse thoroughly. Safety Warning Read instructions thoroughly before use for use on pre-lightened and naturally blonde hair. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
