Great for sleeping!
If you have trouble sleeping, use this instead of sleeping pills. Dissolve in the mouth solo before getting in bed. Great remedy.

Homeopathy is amazing. If you’re new definitely take the time to study and learn more. The Helios kits are awesome. Anyways back to the Coffea Cruda- drink too much coffee? Racing thoughts? Effectiveness Demonstated to Me Over 20 Years of Use
I have been using this product for at least 20 years, mostly the 30c strength. I find as I have gotten older, I am more sensitive to stress, caffeine, and chocolate keeping me up into the wee hours a racing mind, restlessness, and fatigue. The 200c is my go-to now as it is effective in letting me sleep in peace.

Not as effective as I hoped
While I've long been a fan of Boiron, their homeopathic sleep drops unfortunately didn't work for me after my recent appendicitis. Despite the pain subsiding, I struggled to regain my usual 8-hour sleep. Hoping for a natural solution until I fully recovered, I tried taking the recommended 5 drops, but they didn't offer much relief. I'd still wake after 5-6 hours and be unable to fall back asleep.
