About the product
Good afternoon sir, I have ordered this product in the month of February, when it was delivered it was not charging and not working at all, and these many days I was busy in the work, but now I want to use it but it not starting and not charging at all. So I need replacement in 2-days or else I will complain in consumer court.

Instructions in the manual have lots of grammatical errors, so it's difficult to understand.

Product worth the price !!
Quality of this product is as mentioned by seller. Technical support is Excellent & Delivery was quick. Video & audio quality is great, although Picture quality is not that great. There is single button for all the functions but its user friendly , only hitch i got is; its mentioned there are two different colored lights that blinks to understand two different functions, but in mine only blue light blinks.would have loved it more if there was night vision included.

The product delivered is not same as ordered.
The camera is of 5M instead of 12M and video is of 1080P instead of 1920P. I have attached the image of the product delivered.

Better Video Quality
Nice recording. With 1080p and enough for watching in mobile and laptop.

Not a quality product.
Not very useful, video quality and audio quality are not good. Not recommend others to buy it. Does not solve the intended purchase purpose.
