I prefer it to a cork screw because it does not damage the cork.When I misplaced my old one i ordered this one. I have since found my old one. They work identical. This one seems to be better made than my old one.If any one has any problems with this, it's probably because they don't know how to use it.Insert the longer prong on one side of the cork then insert the shorter prong on the other side. Gently rock the Ahso from side to side until it seats itself. The trick is that after you wiggle the prongs down, you pull up with a twisting motion with the pull. It does do some damage to the outside of the corks which maybe less desirable if you're saving the cork for the printing/memento. I've used the puller to "rescue" an older cork that a traditional corkscrew shredded halfway out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Use for synthetic corks *by G***R on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on May 8, 2015* Our go-to tool for synthetic corks. And these are a lot more compact than most cork screws.
