The girls have seen the tv / video series - all seasons and really got into it. When we told them there were books and BOOKS, in our opinion are always better because your imagination paints the scenes as you read, they asked their Mama for them and as grandparent ofcourse we ordered them for them. My 8 year old LOVES this book. She also liked the TV show. Book is alike enough that it feels familiar but different enough that you aren’t just reading the show. I’ve lost count of how many times she has read it.

Great little chapter book. Got this for my daughter after she watched the show on prime video. Book seems to be pretty good quality. She loves it.

Secondo volume scritto dall'autrice per ragazzi Cindy Callaghan della serie "Just Add Magic", arriva dopo qualche anno rispetto al primo volume e risente dell' "influenza" della serie tv tratta appunto dal volume 1. Avendo già divorato gli episodi in televisione, mi è parso un po' ripetitivo nei contenuti. Rimane comunque una storia piacevole e divertente e i personaggi creati dalla Callaghan si confermano spassosi e genuini. Disponibile, così come per il Volume 1, solo in lingua inglese.

My daughter has watched the tv show already so this added so much colour and different perspective to it all. We had good conversations after she read it about why and how things might need to be changed to make something fit into tv format.
