Mara Seaweed Selection of Dulse, Kombu, Shony Pouches.

These are lovely. I've been interested in using seaweed for a long time but found it a bit of a palaver. All the soaking etc. This wee selection is a perfect introduction to the flavours. Sadly my delivery did not include the promised recipes but I've been sprinkling them into various dishe, cutting back on salt. Got to be good for you.

Since I haven’t been able to consume dairy products for 20 years I was looking for a dietary measure to top up my iodine rather than having to take pills. We’ve been experimenting with these seaweeds since they arrived and they are a novel way to add/deepen flavour in dishes and boost iodine consumption too. What’s not to love? Will definitely be buying these again!

I won't use this product at the moment, as its damaged, and was going into a hamper,with other products ,for a gift,so very disappointing
