It took months to get Friedrich to honor the warranty. Horrible Experience. By the time the new unit showed up, the second unit failed. I obtain warranty support and they shipped a new unit. Got them both installed and this season, both units failed. I have since ordered new AC's from an appliance store. The sales person recommended Friedrich but an entirely different model.
