I wash after wearing them 3 times. I've not worn them that much (maybe a months worth) and the adhesive is coming away from the bra itself. First few wears, bits of the adhesive was stuck to me after removing the bra.Do not wear the nipple covers with tight tops as you can clearly see their outline.
