We think this is a great memory foam mattress pad. It inflated overnight and evenly. Slept on it just a couple of nights now. It’s not a soft pad that you sink into and has some firmness. If that makes sense. Mattress pad seems to offload pressure on joints. My hips and low back are more comfortable in bed. This is the best!! Purchase for my daughter's dorm room. If there's one major purchase besides a laptop this is it. College kiddos need rest after long days and classes and studying. A comfortable topper is key to that. The mattresses that come with the dorms aren't exactly a cloud. With this... it is. The straps help it stay secure on her mattress. It wasn't too hot. She slept great. I'm not sponsored... but .. BUY THIS TOPPER! Your college kid will love it. As a parent you'll be happy they are restful enough to get the good grades.

We really like this mattress topper! (We got the 2" thick one.) What makes this topper special is that it's on the firmer side (and very supportive in that way) but still soft enough to accomplish eliminating pressure points. We are on our second one as the first one wore out. Here are some highlights from our experience and tips: - We never could get the straps to hug our mattress corners to keep the topper in place. We do have a pillow top / super deep bed so that could be the reason. - You MUST allow the topper to fully expand for at least 48 hours, as the directions say. Be patient and DO NOT skip this step! (We laid ours out in our garage and parked outside for a couple of nights.) - I did not notice any pronounced foam / chemical odors, yet it was in my garage. - I sleep hot and this topper keeps me perfectly cool. - This topper lasted us 1 year and 6 months. We knew it was worn out because we were getting out of bed with sore backs and the loft of our pillows seemed suddenly wrong. (Note that my husband is 5' 9" and 175 lbs and I am 5' 5" and 160 lbs, so average weight when noting the wear.) I thought it did not last long enough and we talked about getting a Tempur Pedic topper for a lot more $$$...but then I called a local mattress store and learned that this is actually the typical / average lifespan for a foam topper, which I found interesting. I only gave 4 stars because I thought it should at least last 2 years. I still recommend this topper as the quality is good and the price is super reasonable.

This is the third time I’ve bought this product for my daughter’s bed… Third time because we had some cat issues, so I finally bought a soft liquid proof sheet to go over it. Live and learn. Problem solved… I’ve bought other brands of toppers in the past ranging from very expensive to the lower end of the price spectrum. This brand is by far worth what you spend in regard to comfort, quality, longevity and bang for your buck. Size - I bought the 2” queen. It fits perfectly from top to bottom and side to side. Comfort - I know the definition of this can vary widely from consumer to consumer. I have found it to be of good quality medium support. Again, this definition may vary from person to person. Pain Relief- I’ve had back problems for many years and found great relief with this topper. I have an expensive mattress and did not want to buy another so I looked for an alternative. I found it! As a result I sleep better and feel more rested when I wake up. Assembly- I’ve read dozens of reviews with complaints about this product not re-inflating properly. Being my third purchase of this product, this is the first time I’ve had a bit of a problem with that… I followed the instructions and took the cover off and laid it in a flat well ventilated area from 24-48 hours. Well after about 72 hours only the middle inflated and the end looked like a bubbly/bumpy tortilla chip. Needless to say I was disappointed, but after doing a little research I found that “man handling it helped. I tapped (well it was slightly more than just a light tap) and massaged the ends for about 15 minutes and waited. The next morning it was perfect. So if you don’t want to go through the trouble of a return, I’d try this first. Customer Service- Excellent and quick to help. Hope this helps and enjoy your buy!!!
