I know it doesn't specifically mention including them, however, most regular printers one purchases do include the USB cable in their boxes so I'm not sure why this printer wouldn't. We have only had to purchase 2 generations of these printers, meaning these are AMAZING. Long lasting, workhorse printers. One of our older original Epson printers was starting to have a faded area in the center of receipts so we decided to replace it with this newer model. We have already purchased one of these newer models years ago and so far they have proven just as dependable as the older model which seems to be very rare these days! Excellent performance and longevity. CABLES- This printer takes both a USB connection, as well as an RS 232 hookup if you still have a computer that uses one. Since the printer we were replacing was hooked up with the RS 232 cable, and since we didn't have the USB cable type that this printer requires, we opted to use our old RS 232 cable. INSTALLATION- Installation is foolproof. It is as simple as plugging in the cables and buying the power button. PAPER ROLLS- These printers take the 3 and 1/8" thermal paper rolls.
