**Q: On the Noctua website on 11.02.2019 it say that cpu coolers will now ship with am4 mounting brackets. is this true?**
A: I just ordered one of these and there was no 4 mounting plate.  The rest of the kit was there but the plate was too small to mount the fan on the CPU

And I do see 1151 listed but if you want to check and see if the specific model is compatible, go to the link I provided

**Q: Does this include a thermal compound or will we need to buy one separately?**
A: It includes noctua nt-h1 thermal compound. I used Arctic silver 5 since I had some. They're both good.

**Q: Is it safe(er) to oc an amd fx6350 with this cooler?**
A: If you're asking whether it's safer than a stock cooler, the answer is yes.
