This set of hand exercise tools with the included booklet of exercises are perfect for me. Most, if not all, exercise equipment for hand strength that I found would look appropriate for a 250 pound body builder not for a 68 year old grandmother. But, I wanted & needed to work on the strength & flexibility of my hands &, luckily, I found this kit. This kit includes some items for two levels of resistance (putty & eggs), x-soft (perfect for me) & medium (perfect for my husband). Since getting this kit, I’ve used it faithfully & can definitely feel the benefit in my hands. Yes, they are stronger & more flexible as a result of using these & following the exercises suggested. Everything about this kit is lightweight & very easy to use.

I am a gaming grandma and I have noticed lately that the joints of my fingers, and especially my thumbs have been very sore that I had to resort to arthritis cream. So I was looking for exercise balls and came across this set. The exercises are easy and you can do them while watching TV. Simple, simple and totally worth doing to keep your hands flexible and functional.

I sure liked all the products in the kit, even the little pouch. All the items give good results in taming the hand pain. I really like the exercise booklet, but it accidentally got ruined by falling in the water. I would like to replace that if at all possible Thanks for feedback

Trigger finger release surgery left me with the need for rehabilitation tools. Amazon has a wide assortment of tools but I wanted putty and balls or eggs and a finger strengthening tool. This kit is great and came with an instruction booklet on how to use the therapy tools. The satin carrying case with nylon strings was a poor choice. You should have used cotton or another fabric so be prepared to invest in a better storage case.

Variety of mediums to use, easy instructions enable immediate, no-problem use. Colorful, soft, one-size-fits-all gadgets placed into a small yellow bag makes it easy to relocate set. Feels like a gentle hand massage after ‘exercise’ or use.

This product seems very complete. I have had severe pain in my arthritic hands. I wear thumb braces at night with pain ointment. I believe it is important for me to exercise my hands and rebuild my hand strength. These tools are very helpful and sturdy. I love the exercise book but wish they would change the cover of the book to a more elder friendly picture. One which shows seniors looking more active and less stereotypical. Also, don’t overdo . Slow and steady wins the race!

This kit is amazing My grandmother is 96 and has suffered arthritis for around 8 years each year getting worse. She was receiving therapy previously but has had to stop due to the virus. This kit and all the items included are helping her exercise her hand and ease the pain. This in fact are almost the same as the items she used at her therapy. So thank you very much for making this kit it is helping my grandma very much. One thing I wish it included though would be the medium putty. As the difference between the extra soft and medium is very drastic . But Would buy again great product.

It meets expectations. This is not an issue that changes in two days. I’ll let you know.
