Best suited to browsing the interwebs, email, word processing, basic computer stuff. Computer and monitor looked pretty good, very minor scuffs. New keyboard and mouse are pretty cheap so I retained my old ones. WiFi dongle included but didn’t try it as mine’s hardwired. Popped off the cover and found the inside pristine, no dust at all and a few new parts to boot. Set up was a breeze and no bloatware on the OS install.Customer service: yeah, I called them but it was out of my own ignorance. Haven’t looked in a computer case in many years having all in ones and laptops in the house. With the cover off (had not powered it up yet) I noticed two long slots with nothing installed. Looked like memory slots to me. Assumed I had a computer with no memory. Sent a picture and called CS. Turns out the memory is behind the hard drive in this case and those were video card slots. They were super helpful and didn’t make me feel like any more of an idiot than I already did.
