I previously had purchased the Holmes Smoke Grabber (sold here & under the comparison portion) which worked quite well until it stopped working & although replaced with two (2) of same? Neither worked from purchasing. So this caught my attention & decided worth the extra price if it did what the description said it would. Arrived promptly and surprisingly fully assembled, including charger cord connection ( to ubs) along with two (2) charcoal filters AND two (2) white filters (??) at least at this time I THINK they are filters... My problem is with lack of instructions for use in anything other than “operational “, NOTHING pertaining to use of the included package of (again, I’m assuming) filters. The basic instructions state to use determining if the warranty remains valid as exact wording is “The company shall not be liable for any machine failure caused by customers use of mismatched chargers” & I’m sure relates to incorrectly disassembled attempts to place any filter that may NOT be reassembled incorrectly. Not a word on exterior packaging holding items (as shown in picture) of what or where. At the higher end of pricing for this? I would hope if failure happens that the implications of suspicious misuse by customers would be understood by the lack of instructions to both identify and replace correctly? But although I contacted seller as requested to on informationally limited enclosure, at time of writing I have not had response, but will update when/if I receive reply. Now the ashtray itself (as pictured) seems to have good quality in suction and is surprisingly quite even on the higher speed. As seen I chose the black model & it’s as shown. Did notice on other reviews that the faux wood is very satisfactory also to many, just mentioning. In a time where smoking is viewed as judgmentally disdainful as it is? It’s good to find a product that helps not offend the masses, and this seems so far to do exactly what I purchased for, I hope to hear how to replace the filters? And hope it’s longevity is extended beyond the prior fore mentioned. Oh, in case anyone else ordered & as I did not fully understand the charging explanation of red light off/red flashing ligh cut off when charged? I’m sure it’s just my stupidity, but in case it’s not the flashing red light is fine when charging. I does cut off when fully charged, I think just referring to not having button “on” when charging. At least that was my experience, not saying it’s correct procedure! Will follow up when I hear back from seller, but honestly I think it’s exactly as described, even better with the requested information! The lack of instructions is only reason for four (4) stars, will up to if/when further are provided as requested.

This thing is awful does not suck in the smoke at all I am not sure how anyone expects this to work anyway lesson learned I hope to stop someone else from wasting money I did that for the both of us whom ever is reading this. I can shoot a video if anyone really needs to see it for themselves. To make it easier just trust me I'm trying to save you time and money both this most people can use more of.

 I used to get yelled at for smoking in the house occasionally so I bought this in hopes to mask the evidence. It worked. I keep it running after I've smoked, fan the area a bit and don't get nagged at. It takes in whatever smoke is within a few inches of it very well and filters local air. It's not going to be a whole room purifier which wasn't expected to begin with.

This is a very nice ashtray.Incredibly convenient ashtray, no ash and/or blown butts on my deck. Don't know why somebody complained about the opening by one hand - just hold a body between the thumb and middle finger and pull the bent near the hinge by the index finger. I love this....use it all the time ....keep it clean...looks trendy and sophisticated .....great gift....finish is chrome and done well....would buy again or gift if anyone smoked....although ot would be good for pot too i guess...nice pkg with card......5 star

This is the best option I have found for a screened in porch so the smell won’t linger so much! This is great for small spaces and it comes ready to use! What did it was the possibility to add essential oils (not included) but I have some mint and orange

The fan setting has two settings. Works great if you smoke indoors. Of course my husband only smokes outside so the fan pulls in some of the smoke but not all. But we tested it in the garage with no wind and it’s pretty great! Neutralized the smoke very well. Came already charged out of the box.

Unfortunately I smoke, and I used several other ashtrays that offer reduce cigarette smoke (as long as you have it in the ashtray, not in your hand) And now I decided to buy this model.I bought this ashtray and I was amazed at the ability to absorb cigarette smoke, also I can charge it with a USB cable and use it or use with the rechargeable battery included.I will definitely NOT use another ashtray again, from now on (as long as I quit this horrible habit of smoking) I will continue to use this ashtray.I definitely recommend it, and I assure you that you won't find a better ashtray on this site (I already tried all of them)

I purchased this Smokeless Ashtray for my uncle. He loves it so much, and it just likes an air cleaner. It can remove smoke and oder, so my uncle smokes the cigarette not to annoy others any more. High quality, rechargeable, easy to use and clean. Worth to buy it!
