What a discover!!
This is a game changer..obviously it's not exactly like eating regular pasta, but it makes you feel full and it's probably one of the lightest food you can have! Totally recommend it if you are trying to lose weight

Funny stuff
Very strange stuff,got no taste or flavor, got to be used with herb and spices, would i use buy them again no.

Great substitute
Great substitute for pasta though after a while you still miss the flavour and texture of real pasta. But great subs anyway. No smell, no taste. A bit chewy.

Expensive rubbish
Bought them as a low carb alternative to pasta. Horrible, slimy texture. My advice - eat pasta!!!

Great for a keto or low carb diet but you need to season quite well for you to get good flavour

Make you feel full for longer.
I am on low carb/keto and I use this as substitute for normal pasta/noodles. Though there's no flavour to the noodles but I found it filling.
