Some say the Iridiums are good to 90k, but gas mileage and performance were dipping. Put these in and they fired right up and seemed to help perfomance a bit. Tacoma's don't get the greatest gas mileage and these may have picked it up 1or 2 mpg. Will have to run a few more tankfulls to see. If you are not sure you need to replace your plugs, you can order these to have on hand when you do. Check them carefully as they were loosely packed. All good now... **Q: How many miles should we expect out of these spark plugs?** A: In my experience, I replace the spark plugs about every 60000 miles, but most manufacturers would recommend that spark plugs be replaced every 20000 miles. This will depend on driving conditions. No matter which brand or type spark plug you get, you should be replacing at the manufacturer's recommended intervals. One of the reasons what makes these spark plugs better than most, is the consistency of the spark over the life of the spark plug. Watch some YouTube videos, and have a friend with you ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ will purchases again *by J***R on January 2, 2015* I put these in my 2007 toyota fj cruiser... immediately notice the truck runs a lot more smoother and over the weeks also noticed a small improvement in gas milage .. Overall the truck runs better than before (this was compared to toyota dealership regular spark plugs) Not related but noteworthy.... (i do not run my tank to empty not a good idea living in the country) so all milage is to a 1/8 of a tank of gas.... My FJ is a premium fuel vehicle meaning it needs to run 91+ octane or higher. since the mandatory ethanol law all the gas stations in my area have changed to 87 octane. when I was running 91+ octane i was barely getting 250 miles to a tank of gas after the mandatory ethanol law I was forced to run 87 octane with 10% ethanol which I would only get 175 miles to a tank of gas... (huge drop was not happy about that) I put in the Bosch Iridium Fine Wire Spark Plug it boosted the gas milage to around 200 miles to a tank of gas.. then changed the oil from toyota's conventional oil to mobil one synthetic motor oil and a K&N air filter.
