Rituals for Transformation - 108 Day Journey To Your Sacred Life Hardcover – January 1, 2017

I’m about ten days into this book and so far I have been enjoying it. The book contains a daily message, which you read in the morning to help guide your intention for the day. In the evening you reflect on your intention and note how it may have impacted you. It’s a little difficult to get in habit of writing thoughts morning and evening, but hoping it becomes a long time habit.

This is an amazingly simple how to book for transforming your life. When it is time to get positive and you want help this book really narrows things down and helps you. I have bought multiple ones for gifts for my friends!! I highly recommend this for people who are looking for a simple solution to a new more positive outlook on life and yourself.

The intention for the journal is well mapped out for promoting your own personal intentions for strength and clarity.

I love the layout of this journal and all the inspiring quotes! It is a great way to start your mornings and perfect for the end of the day!

I'm about a week and half into this program, and I really like it. The first part of the journey causes you to examine your mind set about your body in ways you may have never done before. I am looking forward to the rest of the journey.I wrote the above statement back in January, when I first received my Dreambook + Planner 2019. I have never kept up with a planner before this one. The Weekly Bootcamp, habit tracking, rituals for thriving and so much more, have kept me focused and persistent. Have I been "perfect" with planning, journaling, etc., no. But, I have grown so much through this year because this planner has helped me become more deliberate in how I approach each day. I still have a journey ahead of me, but this planner has truly helped me to grow.I must also add that I've been using the "Rituals for Transformation 108 Day Journey to Your sacred Life." I like the ritual in general. It starts out at the ground floor, so if you're new to self improvement or unsure where to begin, this is for you.The hard copy printing is pricy, but if you appreciate holding a nicely bound book in your hands versus using the PDF that you can purchase instead, then it's worth it.

I have run across many books with similar goals, and so many are dry, narrowly focused on a particular audience, or preachy.This one is a gem. It invites you in, treats you well, and offers you so many gentle opportunities to blossom into a better version of yourself.

This journey is incredible—I cannot recommend it enough and I buy it for all of my clients. It’s a guided tour through our souls, a journal and meditation back home to ourselves. I love it.
