Review: Premium sound at this price - Soundcore motion plus, I waited years to get this speaker ( I feel i already own too many speakers so stopped myself for a while ) but then price dropped to 7999rs I just couldn't resist :D Sound quality 5/5 , built quality and looks 5/5, battery too soon to rate, I have played the speaker almost 4.5hrs and battery left now is 60%.. this speaker is worth every penny if you are a music lover ... This speaker has many sound profiles /options to choose from the soundcore app and it really works...but sadly none of the presets matched my taste , I used the equaliser and set it upto Alan ross's settings, but that was again to bass heavy for my taste . So I lowered the base down on the same Alan Ross setting setting and now it sounds the way I love my music...it's a speaker which you can really equalise it the way you want if you know how to ...you want it bass heavy you can make it a bass heavy speaker , you like neutral sound then it can become a completely neutral sounding speaker.. and if you want a speaker with really amazing boosted bass , vocals and trebble equally then you can make that too with the same speaker. If you are thinking of buying this then definitely buy this. If budget is less than 5k then without a doubt buy Tribit Maxsound plus amazing sound at that price.(It has battery issue and connection loss issue sometimes too much when under 50%battery, but it sounds just amazing and completely distortion free and so soothing) Coming back to soundcore motion plus , its a very smart looking speaker which will go with any aesthetic in a room But you buy a speaker and only important thing is sound quality and the sound is top notch ..an amazing sounding speaker.. The main thing to know about this is that it has very good sound separation and clarity, music is very crisp and you can hear all the instruments separately. So a person who likes to listen to details in the music will never regret considering the price of this but if you just want the bass like some boat speakers then this might not be for you, now don't think that this doesn't has good bass, it has pretty good bass and if you give it a bass heavy song it will play it flawlessly but some of the music which you might've like earlier coz your earlier music system or earphones were focusing a bit on baad too much while overshadowing other instruments then you might find a bit more detail which might not let the bass stand out. All in all it is very good speaker and you wont be disappointed especially if you are a true music lover who appreciates the music detail. Connectivity wise it is good but when my speaker is connected to my PC via aux and phone is also connected via bluetooth and I'm listening via aux then due to bluetooth interference (might be of notifications even on silent i guess) maybe the speaker skips 1-2 seconds of sound, but if i disconnect the bluetooth then it works fine, apart from this i haven't had any issues in connectivity.

**Q: is there an auxiliary input for us old timers?**
A: Aux port is not just for "old timers". You connect that to your laptop audio in, and pair your phone to the bluetooth. Then it's all automatic.

**Q: I plan to use this as a pc speaker. can it be used while plugged in/being charged? does it have a ground buzz when plugged into both power and aux?**
A: I can't answer the question related to this particular Anker speaker, but I have owned a SoundCore Sport XL Bluetooth Speaker since April of 2017, have had it plugged in to power to keep power/battery charged  and use it for my pc speaker, and have had no issues with this unit whatsoever. I don't unplug it, take it away from my pc, so it's never unplugged from power and works great as such. I think Anker makes great products and hold up very well, and I would trust this unit to do the same if I bought it.

**Q: Does this thing rock the house, or just the couch? Seriously, for the price, reviews and technology inside, is it any good?**
A: I go on bike rides with 2 of this bad boys and let me tell you where this speaker really stands out is in Rock music. The highs and the mids are on point the bass is just enough to make the song sound clean. Other speakers would fade out in the wind and street noise once I started riding. So after I found out how good the first speaker performed I had to get a second one.

**Q: Does anyone have any travel case suggestions for this speaker? i can't find one on the anker/soundcore website. thanks in advance.**
