The next time I used a large foundation brush and stippled it into my skin. I did half my face with one tiny tap into the compact. It was beautiful. Although it looked way too dark for my skin tone while in the compact, it was a perfect match once applied.There was no caking or separating----it just looked like smooth, even, radiant skin. One tiny tap for each side of my face provided lovely light/medium coverage.
