Great for Arm Lift & Tummy Tuck Recovery
(Note: I am wearing a sports bra over the garment and shapewear underwear under the garment in the picture which are not included) Female, 6’ tall, 200lbs, long torso, long arms. I ordered a XL women’s waist trainer corset tummy control shapewear upper arm shaper post surgical slimmer compression top. I am extremely happy with this purchase. I underwent an arm lift and extended tummy tuck on October 16 and received two compression garments from the surgeon to wear post operation. I wish I would have had this compression garment instead of the ones I was given. This fits so much better and is way more comfortable and better quality. The product is well made and easy to get on. I have washed and dried it several times with no issues. It has been hard to find compression garments just for my arms. The XL is right on the borderline of being too short in the torso and almost hits my stomach incision so if you are in between sizes I would start with the bigger size. I would also recommend ordering 2 sizes. I plan to order the L since I’m already on the 4th row of hooks in the XL but I also would like 2 so I can wash one when I am wearing the other. I will wear the XL at nighttime and L during the day. I am very happy with my purchase!

4-IN-1 VALUE...Arms, Stomach, Breast Lift and Posture
I purchased 2 of these in hopes one would fit. I ordered a M and a L. I currently weigh 170 and am 5'3" and would say I am pear shaped. My upper arms are big and I wanted this to help slim them down as I am on a weightloss journey. Neither the M or L fit me properly. The L was way too tight and uncomfortable on my arms and pinched at the armpit area next to my chest. Other than that it fit comfortably and supportive. If you are my size and have big upper arms I would suggest the XL. I had to send these back just due to the arm area. If you have small or regular size upper arms and you're my size, a L should fit you fine. The garment is well made. The material is thick, supportive and holds you in well. The hooks were secure. The garment does push up your breasts and if you have large breasts they will look huge. I was a bit uncomfortable with that and suggest more of a uniboob sportsbra be worn with it rather than the underwire I tried it on with. I think it helps your posture a bit but not severely. Overall, I think it is a very good quality item and it is fairly priced. I'd say "buy it".

I wanted it to work…
I do not usually leave negative reviews but I’m hoping I can help someone else. The item fits nicely through the arms. It is not a breathable fabric but offers decent support. As a waist trainer, this will not work as it hits just above the bellybutton and is not hip-length as depicted in the photo. Might be a good choice post-brachioplasty.

NICE but.....
I liked the waist part, feels really smooth, comfort is good, the fabric is breathable, the price was great. Lots of likes it's NICE but the sleeves are NOT proportional, there's an awkwardness to them, its sticks up or buckles at the shoulders, I think the sleeves are too long, maybe because I'm short 5'1 but the waist fits great. This really is a NICE waist corset Try it!

I know fajas! This one is good!
I dont write reviews, but its always helpful to read reviews when it comes to shapewear. I know I read them to get the right fit. For reference I am 5'3 and 170lbs and wear a medium/large in tops (I am a 34 E in bras), 29/30 in jeans, and a comfortbale 10 in dresses. I ordered a Large in this. I have worn some sort of faja for over 10 years so i know good ones without spending 150+ on the Colombiana ones (which i also have). I usually wear them during workouts and to sleep. So I like them snug, but not where I cant breathe (sleeping in them, you wake up snatched!!!!) This Faja is great! Its really soft and comfortable. The large fits well and not crazy tight. I wear it sleep and it is pretty comfortable - I put it on the last hook to keep it breathable at night. For low impact workouts (walking/dancing in my living room) I can make it tighter. It will obviously stretch so it should have good use to get the same effects (that I use it for) as I go tighter on the hooks. I hope this helps!!

Terrible
The design of this garment is terrible. The torso is too short, the bones in the back roll and dig into your back. The cut under the bust area is too high, digging into your breast. The arms fit awkwardly, making it uncomfortable to wear. I did like the arm compression. But the overall fit was a no.

It's very tight, which is what I wanted..
My order came in today along with a sweat vest I ordered separately (currently wearing). I tried the waist trainer on and boy is it tight! As I mentioned earlier in my other review of the sweat vest in wearing right now, I normally wear a size 17/18 in women's pants. I'm 5'3 and weigh 207 lbs. I went with a smaller size than what was suggested in the sizing chart listed for the waist trainer. At my current size, I'm able to use the first set of clasps (there are 4 sets of clasps to tighten up as you start to slim down). The sleeves are definitely tight on my arms as well, which I like because it slims them down slightly. I have what I call "lunch lady arms" (no offense meant to the hard working lunch ladies in school lol). I can tell it will help with my posture so that's another bonus for me. So far, no complaints. Then again, I only tried it on and walked around the house in it. Haven't worn it to go out yet. If my opinion changes, I'll be sure to update my review.

Just right
I usually don't give items 5 stars but his item is spot on for me. My arms are the biggest part of my body. I always have to go up a size or two when I buy a coat, so based on that an other reviews I bought a XXL. I'm in between XL and 1x. This gives the right amount of compression I was looking for. As soon a it brought it in I put I on because I want to wear it daily in under my sweatshirts and sweaters. I've had it on for 4 hours and I'm comfortable. Thank mid section is great because of the different levels of cinch I started on the second clips but I can go to the third.
