This is superb pepper with rich and complex notes. Once you have tried this organic tellicherry, all other pepper tastes rubbish. An essential kitchen addition for anyone serious about food.

These arrived vacuum packed, the smell when the air is let in is quite stunning. They smell of fruit and flowers and underneath is the pepper. Use this as a condiment or add to cooked food, if you cook with this all the high notes will evaporate off, the kitchen will smell great but the food will suffer.
