Creative Haven Home Sweet Home Coloring Book (Adult Coloring Books: Calm)

I really do love this one! I do my coloring books when I have time, when I want 2, when I'm getting ready 4 bed etc.! Also, the Mandela coloring books, ONE page feels like it's going on & on & never seems 2 end!!! & that's the opposite of what i think adults coloring cold are for! Being an adult is ALREADY stressful enough.. so those Mandela coloring books are a –0٪ for me & just stressful to/&/ for me. So these kind of coloring books are truly a Safe Haven for me♡ & just what i need in my life PLUS the PERFECT markers I use & my favorites are the "TANMIT" Dual Acrylic Markers, & the "Nicety" Dual Acrylic Markers (as well) I have 1 pack of each Brand(u might be able 2 see in the video) & I. AM. IN. LOVE- with these Acrylic Marker/s(brands)!!! Alao, bc i also love 2 print things of all kinds (themes ie: Poems, Ideas, Ephemera, Quotes, beautiful lettering of Short–Long poems/quotes/& or letters!!! Beautiful Art work &&&& BEAUTIFUL AWESOME(Printer-friendly) COLORING PICTURES from Pinterest! & I have the THICK Matte HP Professional papers to print on. So there's no bleed thru TIPS: #1: use the "EXACTO BLADES"!!! to slice down your page if it is not a page in your coloring book, use the blade( which I also got both of them here on Amazon) to tear the page off perfectly. If you don't have a few thick papers you use about three normal blank pages or whatever Pages you got under it stick it as close in the crack as you can before you slice. TIP #2: use clipboards! U can even get them at the dollar store & after u slice the page off, u can use that instead of drawing under a few pages so the ink doesn't bleed through. I've seen so many comments of complaining & reviews of complaining about that! When there are other creative ways to get around it!!! Like it's not rocket science to just be creative & think of other ways instead of complaining, figure out a way around the problem just like u would in any other things subject, event or, conversation in life!(: It's not rocket science LOL just common sense. (Not to be rude. Just tryna be helpful in sharing what I do with others!(: )

one of my favorite teresa goodridge books (my favorite is “main Steeet”). this book gives me warm cozy vibes and helps me to totally relax and have fun when i’m coloring. Wide variety of scenes/pictures. If you like to color warm, homey pictures this one is for you. I do so many things with her books. I use blending and layering in these books (a lot of folks don’t like the paper. It is on the thin side but i blend, layer etc with no problem). I use all mediums like prismas, polychromos, pablos, amazon brand pencils, gel pens, paint pens, pasca pens, tombow water based markers, fineliners and alcohol markers. Just use proper precautions depending on your medium. If you want to use markers, slip something between the sheets of paper for protection. i’ve even used watercolor pencils, so this paper CAN take it! just be sure not to use too much water. For this price you can’t go wrong. i have a large collection of coloring books of ALL TYPES/STYLES and i can say that for the money, you can’t go wrong. I can get three books of this kind for the price of one of the higher end books. I do wish they used a better paper like the Johanna Baskin books but then it would cost twice as much i suppose. But i’d pay it, because i’d love to see teresa goodridge artwork on a high quality paper. I guess i could print out on a good stock of paper but i’m lazy and then i’d have loose pages everywhere! i like my coloring stuff to be neat and tidy! so maybe i’ll start a letter writing campaign to creative haven for better paper!

There are 31 pictures to color. The coloring size of each page is 7" Wide by 9-3/4" High. Each picture is very well lined, making it easier to color and making each picture very intricate - or in other words, you will know what needs to be colored. I give this book a 5.

Designs are well thought out and relaxing to color. Most of the items and areas to color are not too big or too small. I took 1 star off because my water based markers did bleed through to back of page with light pressure but don’t let that deter you. Just use a piece of paper in between pages when using markers.

A lot of coloring books claim to be “relaxing” or anxiety relieving. I’ve never really experienced a calming effect while coloring until this one. Somehow it feels nostalgic, like taking you back to grandma’s house as a child. Each page takes you into a cozy, comfy home that makes you feel relaxed. And it’s also like getting to play an interior design game. You can color the room basic and neutral or you can have fun with it. Nobody in this coloring book will tell you , you can’t have a rainbow bathroom or a pink living room 😌 Seriously, just bought this about a 2 weeks ago and I’m halfway through it and I’m about to buy it again so I can color it all over again in a new way. I absolutely love this book, I love all the small details in the pages. Every day I come home just looking forward to coloring a new page!!

Very nice detailed pictures. Perforated pages for easy removal. No pictures on the back of the page to ruin a picture with marker; heavy paper. Fast shipping, good price.

The best and most adorable adult coloring books

Durch ein Video von den "Glimmerfeen" bei Youtube bin ich auf dieses Ausmalbuch gestoßen. Die Motive sind wunderschön und es macht sehr viel Spass es zu colorieren. Bei Youtube kann man sich ein Book Flip Through Video anschauen bei dem durch die einzelnen Seite geblättert wird. Somit bekommt man vom Inhalt des Ausmalbuches einen Eindruck um dann zu entscheiden ob es Dir gefällt! Es hat mir schon oft bei meiner Kaufentscheidung geholfen!
