I heard of this from a friend when I was having trouble sleeping, after two nights I was feeling calmer, falling asleep quicker, and staying asleep easier than I have in years! There is zero side effects and I am sensitive!! The bottle is filled unlike other vitamins so you really get the best value for the price! It works quickly but doesn’t effect heavily… Also super easy to swallow 👌 the best part is that if you forget to take it your body just feels overall calmer on it and doesn’t NEED or depend on it for sleep :) A 10/10
