Men's Kamasu Stainless Steel Automatic Diving Watch with Sapphire Crystal

I bought this watch for my teenage son, who has a love of watches and needed a quality dress or daily wear watch. A knowledgeable friend suggested the Orient brand and we settled on this one. I was shocked when it showed up - it arrived in a beautiful and sturdy blue presentation box. My goal was to get a solid, reliable, and good looking watch that could survive and active teenager and last for a long time, all without spending ghastly amounts of money. I would say 'Mission Accomplished.' My son loves it and hardly takes it off. Pros: - Excellent build quality. - Looks amazing and is easy to adjust the band/clasp. - An excellent value - you get a lot of watch for the money. - Not too bad to adjust and set up. - Sapphire crown Cons: - The knob for winding/adjustment/etc. is a little tight and hard to screw down, but I expect it will loosen up with use. - Has a dive-style dial ring around the face, but really is not suitable for dive work. Overall: nice watch and great value.

I’m really happy with this Orient watch. The design is stunning — the deep blue dial looks even better in person, and the stainless steel bracelet feels solid and high-quality. It keeps very accurate time, and I love that it’s automatic so I don’t have to worry about batteries. The day and date display is clear and convenient, and it’s great to know it’s water resistant up to 200 meters. Perfect for both everyday use and more formal occasions. Highly recommend it!

I have known and worn Orient watches for over 20 years now and I have a power reserve in my daily dress watch rotation. Orient watches fly under the radar for sure. They are Seiko quality equivalent but a little more uncommon, so if you're wanting to make a statement, this is an affordable place to start. This particular watch is a classic dive watch, and my son wears it almost daily. It's held up very well and still looks new. My 22 year old Orient tank still also looks new and is completely unique in a world of everyone copying everyone. Would highly recommend this watch to anyone.

I’ve had this watch for a couple of months now and so far it’s awesome. It runs great it looks great it seems to be a fantastic value for the money. I’ll probably buy another one as a birthday present for someone close to me

Customers should know the description where the watch is made. I thought it is made in Japan that's why I ordered but it's not and i returned the watch. Seller refunded me the whole amount and that made me shop at amazon and the Seller is honest and changed my rating to 5 *****. The face of watch and bracelet is very shinny compared to other watch with similar specs.

Applied indices, a frame around the day-date window, sapphire crystal, hacking & hand-windable movement, solid bracelet links - These features are usually only found all together on watches costing MUCH more. The bracelet links are nicely beveled, making it very comfortable to wear. Plus, and unlike most people, I love day & date at 3:00. This is a lot of watch for the money, and is a nice step up from the Mako/Ray.

consideró que es un gran reloj si lo compras a un buen precio, en este caso yo pague $7,300 por la versión de esfera azul con brazalete de acero, el movimiento del reloj es muy bueno y te da aproximadamente 6+ por día, el diseño es muy bonito, se ve mejor en persona, solo considero que la pasta luminosa es algo sensible o no se como llamarlo pero me refiero a que con poca luz se acciona y pareciera que todo el tiempo está brillando, lo cual en algunas ocasiones no se ve muy estético que digamos, pero nada grave, sin duda un gran reloj, estoy encantado de integrarlo a la colección.

I bought this watch Aug 12 to temporarily replace my Rolex Submariner that's being serviced. I had looked at a Seiko, but have a (completely non-rational) aversion to the crown being located at 4 o'clock. Then I came across the Orient Kamasu and liked the appearance and that it has a sapphire crystal. (Orient has been around for a long time; they are part of the Seiko Epson Group.) have now worn it continuously since then, and am really impressed. Over this period of more than two weeks it has gained no more than 10 seconds! The bezel is tight, the lume is excellent, and the bracelet doesn't rattle at all. And it just looks and feels good on the wrist! I shall keep wearing this watch as my daily 'beater' even after I get back my Sub.
